Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the user manual for tips on how to pair. If you DO own a pair of these earbuds and the App is not working please make sure your earbuds have a charge greater than 50% and that both earbuds are connected to each other. If you do not own any of these products then the app is not compatible with your pair.
